MAPLE STREET : KITCHEN REVEAL

Each project we do is always a major transformation, but this kitchen stands out as one of the most drastic! Our clients wanted a beautiful and well functioning kitchen that would stay timeless. I think we gave it to them!

For finishes in this space, we went with all shaker cabinetry. The perimeter is white and the island is black. Classic finishes all the way! The countertops are marble and the kitchen backsplash is a white tile with subtle variation. For hardware and lighting in this kitchen we decided to go brass. We're always mixing metals in our projects, so for the plumbing we went with polished nickel.

One element we always like to include in our designs are custom vent hoods. Here, we have a white wood painted vent hood design that really pulls the space together. We also always make sure to include the most functionality in our cabinetry designs. On either side of this gorgeous Wolf range, we included 9" spice pull outs for spices, oil, vinegar, etc. Originally, this kitchen had a corner pantry but it was taking up a lot of room and had a dated look. We provided the same amount of storage with pantry cabinets! Walk in pantries can be a great feature if there's proper space, but in this case, there wasn't and the new pantries add a beautiful frame for the fridge and freezer columns.
