FULL SERVICE DESIGN
Our full service design is unique to each client, their budget, and their home. We begin with an initial design consultation and walkthrough. Next step is a design proposal, approximate design start date, and contract followed by a full design presentation.
Each design presentation is accompanied by material samples, design boards, and inspiration
Once design is complete, we create project cost sheets and establish tentative timelines. We assist clients throughout the project and handle all details for your furniture and styling installation. Then for the best part — the reveal!
REMODELS
For remodel projects, we partner with clients to create a project team & direction and drive it to completion within the constraints of budget and time. This process is very involved and requires collaboration with the client through construction. We make constant site visits, we plan, source, and coordinate furnishing install for the project. The result is the move in ready home of your dreams.
FURNISHING
For furnishing projects, we require a three space and a minimum furnishing budget. We assess your needs and create spaces that reflect your design style. We present custom design boards and space layouts for your review. After receiving feedback, we price out lighting, furnishings, accessories and purchase at your earliest convenience. We also handle coordination of deliveries and install of furnishing and accessories.
