HOUSE OF FOUR REMODEL : PRIMARY BEDROOM REVEAL

Hi there! It's been a minute since I've had time to blog about my personal remodel, but I'm back and ready to talk shop! My primary bedroom took a little longer to get exactly how I wanted it, but the wait was worth it because I love how it turned out.

You all know I like to keep things light and bright in my personal home for the most part! Initially, I shiplapped my ceiling with a sleek looking crown to finish it off; however, I'm a bit of a paneling addict so I had the crew come back to add this wall paneling on my bed wall. It was just what it needed! My walls are Chantilly Lace - Benjamin Moore.

My room is nice and big which is great! It can be a challenge to make a big room feel cozy and I wanted to make sure my space was a comfortable place to rest at night. I filled the space with the right scale furniture and textures to accomplish this. With the length of the room, it was important for me to have a cozy spot to design on my iPad and catch up on all my shows at night. This chaise is awesome! I use it almost everyday.

Another game changer is drapery. I highly recommend leveling up with the drapery in your home if you can. This custom drapery really dressed my room up and added another layer of texture that I needed. I went with a creamy linen and black rod.

All my furniture sources are below! I hope this inspires you if you're looking to do a Primary Bedroom refresh!
